This Privacy Notice sets out the ways in which Aveline Russell (I/me) collects and uses your personal data. It also explains what rights you have to access or change your personal data.

Your rights in relation your personal data

You may request that I correct personal data that I hold about you which is incorrect or inaccurate. To do this, contact me to tell me that you are making a request to have your personal data rectified and on what basis you are making that request. If you want me to replace inaccurate data with new data, you should tell me what that data is.
You may ask me to erase personal data if you do not believe that I need to continue processing it or storing it. To do this, contact me to tell me that you are making a request to have your personal data erased and on what basis you are making that request. Please note I am not always obligated to erase personal data when asked to do so; if for any reason I believe that I have a good legal reason to continue processing it.
You are entitled to ask me to stop processing your personal data if you feel the legitimate interests (see above) are not valid. I may demonstrate that I have compelling legitimate grounds to process your information and I will tell you what that is, either at the time I first respond to your request or after I have had the opportunity to consider and investigate it.
Where I send you e-mail marketing communications you have the right to opt-out at any time. You can do this by using the 'unsubscribe' link that appears in the communication.
