Aveline Russell lives in Cornwall.

She was shortlisted for the Liskeard Library Short Story Competition 2024 for ‘Benny Gets a Dog’ 


Aveline studied Anglo-Saxon, Norse and Celtic (language and literature) at University of Cambridge. She has had a successful career as a researcher and project manager in Local Government.
